The spaceThis apartment is for traveling nurses, business people, students, and families traveling from outside of Buffalo only. This apartment is NOT for parties, events, or residents of Buffalo. We have a strict guest limit, we also have cameras at each doorway... if the guest limit is broken, a $1000 FINE WILL BE IMPOSED, We also have noise decibel monitors, if noise in the unit at ANY TIME rises above 75db there will be a $1000 FINE and the police WILL be dispatched to remove the guests from the unit. We have had issues with disrespectful guests in the past that have disturbed residents in the building, this unit IS LESS THAN 1000 SF, IT IS NO PLACE FOR A PARTY.
IF OUR RULES ARE BROKEN... There will be large fines charged to your airbnb account and airbnb will DEACTIVATE your account permanently for breaking ours and their rules.
